NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-003700-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and NATALIA PERDOMO; ALAN PERDOMO; PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE ESTATES AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A REFUSED NAME are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/3/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 9, BUILDING 2, OF THE ESTATES AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8662, PAGE 3767, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
