Notice is given that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 22, 2015, in Case No. 2013-CA-010043-O, of the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, in which HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF SEMINOLE COUNTY AND GREATER APOPKA, FLORIDA, INC., f/k/a HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF GREATER APOPKA, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHERRITA MICHELLE SCOTT, a/k/a SHERRITA M. HARRIS; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political division of the State of Florida; HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF SEMINOLE COUNTY AND GREATER APOPKA, FLORIDA, INC., f/k/a HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF GREATER APOPKA, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRITA MICHELLE SCOTT, IF LIVING; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, the Office of the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on September 9, 2015, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
