NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-021637-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, ORTIZ, JOSEPH & HALEY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of September, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 10, THE PINES UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
