NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019820-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-SD4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SD4, Plaintiff, and, RODRIGUEZ, ALABALIRA I., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of August, 2015, the following described property:
The West 100 feet of East 1060 feet of Lots 1 and 2, (less South 30 feet) of Block A, ORLANDO IMPROVEMENT CO. NO. 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book S, Page 95, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
