NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002376-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and LISA D. VINSON A/K/A LISA DIANE VINSON; CHRISTOPHER TODD LEWIS A/K/A CHRISTOPHER LEWIS A/K/A CHRISTOPHER LEWIS TODD; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 24th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, BERKLEY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
