NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2014CA-004072-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF INEZ L. BRESSE AKA INEZ LILLIAN BRESSE AKA INEZ L. PRESSE, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, PINES ACRES SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 35.
