Tappin also known as Ashford Tappin, Charlotte County, Florida, Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 3118, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 64A THROUGH 64F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
