NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in 2014-CA-00705 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N. A., is the Plaintiff and ROLAND T. TOWNSEND, LISA A. TOWNSEND, AMERICAN PROPERTY GROUP LLC, TRUSTEE, OF THE 3381 21st AVENUE SW LAND TRUST, SUNTRUST BANK, COLLIER COUNTY COMMISSIONER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EDGAR JAUREGUI AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A YEDIA JAUREGUI are the Defendant(s). Dwight E. Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 A.M. at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Lobby, 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex on August 17, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 23, GOLDEN GATE ESTATE, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as oft he date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
