NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 1300337CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Andrew J. Freitas; Marsha R. Freitas are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the August 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT NO. 8 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A PORTION OF TRACT NO. 7 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A STRIP OF LAND 17.83 FEET IN WIDTH, THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT NO. 7; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT NO. 7, 204.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 34 DEGREES 32 MINUTES EAST 324.40 FEET TO A POINT IN A LINE 30 FEET TO THE WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT NO. 7.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
