NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I shall hold sale of the subject property described as:
Lot 8, Block “L”, Quail West Phase III Unit 7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 89, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
at public sale on August 17, 2015, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Monday through Thursday in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST on the prescribed date, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
