NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001466 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is Plaintiff and MARY P. HOWARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY P. HOWARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 198, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 TO 134 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 5098 23rd Court Southwest, Naples, Florida 34116.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
