NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0040910001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and HELEN E. KOROTKO; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; CALUSA BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 36-102, CALUSA BAY NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2388, PAGE 2011, ET SEQ., THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
