NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003259-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JIL M. SHAMBLEE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 42, Naples Park, Unit No. 5, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 3, page 14, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
