NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013 and entered in 2009-CA-001770 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2005-HE6, is the Plaintiff and JUAN VIDAL; LUGARDA VIDAL; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on 17 of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 OF TRACT 11, UNIT 25, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
