NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000694 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jan Vokal a/k/a Jan Volak, Lubomir Sedlacek, Tenant #1 nka Robert Haas, Tenant #2 nka Daun Jennifer, Zdenek Kvasny a/k/a Zdnek Kvasny, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF JOHN RINGLING PARKWAY (100 FEET WIDE) WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 3 OF A SUBDIVISION OF FRACTIONAL SECTIONS 25, 26 AND PART OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 50 DEGREES 00 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3, 945 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 50 DEGREES 00 MINUTES EAST, 125 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 40 DEGREES 48 MINUTES EAST, 100 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3, THENCE SOUTH 50 DEGREES 00 MINUTES WEST 125 FEET, THENCE NORTH 40 DEGREES 48 MINUTES WEST, 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
