NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25th, 2010 and entered in Case No. 2009CA0043730001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JOHN R. GAREAU, et al., are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 22, NAPLES PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
