Notice is given that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale Date entered on July 17, 2015 in Case No.: 2012-CC-4342, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are MICHAEL G. MONTEJANO, et al. R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 18, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 151, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 3A, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 94, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
Also known as 6110 New Paris Way, Ellenton, Florida 34222.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens much file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
