NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in 41 2012CA005855AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R9 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA J BLOSSER; BRENT L BLOSSER; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION F/K/A SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION ; BRADEN CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BRADEN CROSSINGS, PHASE 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 151 THROUGH 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
