NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-001165, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and David Scalisi, Laura Scalisi, Country Club/Edgewater Village Association, Inc. and America Momentum Bank Successor by Merger with Landmark Bank, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
