LOT 5, BLOCK 11, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on 26 day of August, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
