The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and ESTEVAN L. GUZMAN; SOPHIA GUZMAN; , ET AL, are defendants. Paul S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this September 21st, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
