NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated June 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA001764CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Nicole F. Martino; Unknown Spouse of Nicole F. Martino; Tracey L. Brooks; Unknown Spouse of Tracey L. Brooks; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 251 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF PARKWOOD ACRES SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; GO THENCE NORTH 89°17'10. WEST AND ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID SECTION 1, A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°51'07” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1825 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 00°51'07” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°17'10” WEST A DISTANCE OF 175 FEET; THENCE N00°51'07” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°17'10” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 175 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
