NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001115-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR31 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005, is Plaintiff, and HELEN MEYER A/K/A HELEN W. MEYER, ET AL., ARE the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
