You are HEREBY notified that an action for foreclosure of lien on the following described property:
Apartment No. 108, from the Condominium Plat of Royal Richey Village II, a Condominium, recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 128 through 133, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being fully described in the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 1072, Pages 1627 through 1666, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; and a perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with but not limited to all other owners of undivided interest in the improvements and sue of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before Aug 31, 2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
