YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
A Portion of Lots 51A, 52A, and 102, GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 94 and 95, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the most Northerly corner of said Tract 51-A; thence along the Northeasterly boundary line of said Tract 51-A, South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 379.77 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along the Northeasterly boundary line of said Tract 51-A, South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 380.15 feet to the most Easterly corner of said Tract 51-A; thence along the Southeasterly boundary line of said Tract 51-A, South 32 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 450.46 feet, to the most Southerly corner of said Tract 51-A; thence along the Northeasterly boundary line of said Tract 102, South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 30.03 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of BONNET LAKE DRIVE; thence along said right-of-way, South 32 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 22.89 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way, South 47 degrees 07 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 22.75 feet; thence North 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 311.28 feet; thence South 57 degrees 34 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 29.96 feet; thence North 32 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 72.15 feet; thence North 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 391.47 feet; thence South 37 degrees 07 minutes 06 seconds West, a distance of 23.90 feet; thence North 56 degrees 57 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 23.83 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of HILLTOP DRIVE; thence along said right-of-way North 34 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 74.70 feet; thence South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 236.00 feet; thence North 52 degrees 46 minutes 08 seconds East, a distance of 472.50 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Together with the rights of ingress and egress over and across the driveway as it exists today, 8-9-95, and as disclosed on the survey by BAYLAND SURVEYING and ADP & ASSOCIATES, INC. dated 8-3-95, Job #95-928, Pasco County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by Aug 31, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
