West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, LESS the North 31 1/2 feet thereof for road purposes. (Tract 26)
AND
East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, LESS the North 31 1/2 feet thereof for road purposes. (Tract 27).
