NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 14-CA-001998 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2 OF LEXIE LANE SUBDIVISION,, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE(S) 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 30 FOOT INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHERS KNOWN AS LEXIE LANE PER PLAT.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
