Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 6, 2015, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
UNIT NUMBER 95, OF WHISPER LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AS AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
