BOOK 3615, PAGE 1906 THROUGH 1997 INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDEMENTS THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
