and commonly known as: 3303 N. Morgan Street, Tampa, FL 33603; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
