NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 2, 2015 entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009194 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Rick A Sheppard; Rick A. Sheppard; Florida Housing Finance Agency; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 23, AND 24, BLOCK 2, TROPICAL ACRES UNIT NO. 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1979 STOLL TRAILER DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME HAVING VIN NYMBER GD0CFL35795886B, TITLE NUMBER 0016987429 AND VIN GD0CFL35795886A, TITLE NUMBER 0016987491.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
