To: Unknown heirs or other legally authorized persons, pursuant to Section 497.384, Florida Statutes, regarding Robert Bonner Chase (deceased),
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Petitioner, NorthStar Cemetery Services of Florida, LLC, has filed an Amended Verified Petition for Order Authorizing Disinterment and Reinterment of Human Remains of Robert Bonner Chase, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida. It is necessary to disinter the remains of Mr. Chase and to place them into a new casket and new burial vault, to be provided at Petitioner's expense.
Any legally authorized person, pursuant to Section 497.384, Florida Statutes, should contact, in writing, Wendy Russell Wiener, attorney for Petitioner, whose address is Broad and Cassel, 215 S. Monroe Street, Suite 400, Tallahassee, FL 32301, on or before September 15, 2015. Otherwise, Petitioner will seek an order of the court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the disinterment and reinterment of the remains of Mr. Chase.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
