SEQ., AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7211, PAGE 1899, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN APARTMENT LOCATED ON SAID LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 949 SQUARE FEET, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS APARTMENT NUMBER 202 (GOLDEN FLAMINGO APARTMENTS) AND AS SAID APARTMENT IS SHOWN BY THE APARTMENT UNIT PLAN AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2651, PAGE 171, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/18TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE WALKS AND OTHER STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS NECESSARY FOR SAID BUILDING.

NEWPORT CENTER DRIVE, SUITE #110, DEERFIELD BEACH, FL 33442 on or before 8-31-2015 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
