NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-000676-CI , of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and FRANK SEOANE; BECKY SEOANE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION DBA IMPAC LENDING GROUP; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2,; DEERPATH UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, OF DEERPATH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
