NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-004858, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and Chad M. Monroe, Deana D. Monroe, Suntrust Bank, Cypress Cove Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. and Any Unknown Tenants in Possession, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 10, Cypress Cove Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 122, Page(s) 26 through 28, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2015, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
