NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on September 4, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Unit No. 707, OF 51 ISLAND WAY CONDOMINIUM, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as show on Plat,recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 38 through 54, inclusive, amended in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 19A, all in accordance . with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 4750, Pages 318 through 438, inclusive, amended in O.R Book 4763, Page 1653; O.R. Book 4772, Page 219; O.R Book 6021, Page 1684; O.R. Book 6690, Page 1757; O.R Book 6690, Page 1758; O.R. Book 7486, Page 79; O.R. Book 8284, Page 1377 and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
