NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 7, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010693 CI 15 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROY W. HOUSE A/K/A ROY WAYNE HOUSE; ADMIRALS BANK; AMANDA KAY MOSKE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 5, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
