Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 29, 2014 and pursuant to that Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 21, 2015, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 301, Lighthouse Towers, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, Pages 102 through 111 inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 68, Pages 68 through 77, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5475, Page 189 through 272, inclusive, as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 5516, pages 1575 through 1587, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
