NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of Septemer, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 11, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES-UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 77, Page(s) 32, 33 and 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 110 Michaels Circle, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 12-003957-CI now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
