NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-008452-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff and DANIELLE M. TRAVILLIAN, DONALD G. MCINTYRE, ROBERT MILLER, UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIELLE M. TRAVILLIAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 37, Block 88, North St. Petersburg, according to Plat thereof in Plat Book 4, Page 64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
