NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14000546CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is Plaintiff and CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY, CHRISTOPHER J OCONNELL, DAWN O`CONNELL F/K/A UNKNOWN SPOUSE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 103, St. Petersburg Beach North, Unit No. 6, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 50 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
