NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure of Judgment Lien dated December 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2707CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County Florida wherein CAROL SULLIVAN Plaintiff and LANCE KOSTER, defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
an undivided 50% ownership on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 4, Greenfield Subdivision, according to map or Plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel No. 10/29/15/33300/000/0040 and more specifically located at 1101 and 1105 Seminole Street, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
