NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014, and entered in 10-14378-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4A is the Plaintiff and CHELSA M. ARSCOTT-DOUGLAS A/K/A CHELSA ARSCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHELSA M. ARSCOTT -DOUGLAS A/K/A CHELSA ARSCOTT; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1426 OF THE CLUB AT FEATHERSOUND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED AUGUST 1, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGE 2117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
