YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM XI ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit D, Building 9, and being more particularly described in that certain Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL COVE CONDONIIUM XI, a recorded in O.R. Book 4584, Pages 1171 through 1205, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 105 and 106, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 19029 US Hwy 19 N. #18D, Clearwater, Florida 33764
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before August 31, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
