NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2015, beginning at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, to consider the petition of Carol Powers to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A Portion of the Fifteen Foot Platted Alleyway
Lying South of Lot 8, Block R, and North of Lot 9, Block R, of the Revised Plat of Crystal Beach, Section 35,
Township 27 South, Range 15 East, in Plat Book 7, Page 30
of the Public Records of Pinellas, County, Florida
