Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-009801-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and BONITA C. WILDER; DEBORAH A. LADY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BONITA C. WILDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH A. LADY; JOHN E. LADY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 3; UNKNOWN TENANT 4; UNKNOWN TENANT 5; UNKNOWN TENANT 6; UNKNOWN TENANT 7; UNKNOWN TENANT 8 are Defendants.

AND
THE SOUTH 50.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 1049.0 FEET OF THE WEST 158.0 OF LOT 2 IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES INC., RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
