NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Partition dated the 23rd day of July, 2015 and entered in Case No: 15-002449-CI-021, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROBIN GRANADOS is the Plaintiff and SHER FARZAND KHAN is the Defendant.
Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash October 5, 2015 beginning at 10:00 a.m. online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Apartment 4, Building H, of NORMANDY PARK CONDOMINIUM III, according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3178, page 305, and Amendment in O.R. Book 3621, page 563, all in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIST PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
