NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2015, beginning at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, to consider the petition of James Bushert to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A strip of land known as Harbor View Drive being in that portion
of the Fractional Southeast ¼ of Section 29, Township 30, Range 15,
Harbor View No. 1, Plat Book H6, Page 4, Pinellas County, Florida,
reserving a utility easement over the vacated area.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
