NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000646-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIESCORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA1, is Plaintiff, and ROMONA HAHN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, Parkway Estates First Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 71, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
