NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004994 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jan Sandhouse-Hurst, Burnt Store Villas Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 19 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 22, BURNT STORE GOLF VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
